Responsibilities
- Create, implement and maintain end-to-end monitoring of all tariff activities, including but not limited to TIB, FSFE, and duty draw back.
- Support compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Help develop visibility needed to adjust long‑term tariff goals that aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cost‑saving targets.
- Assist in coordinating and executing transformational projects, such as:
- Process automation
- Data governance improvements
- Technology integrations
- Ensuring all initiatives align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks.
- Navigate changing tariff landscapes, provide visibility to mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity and cost optimization.
- Development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end‑to‑end visibility on tariff compliance metrics and operational performance.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support continuous improvement and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven record of strong teaming skills.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively engage with multiple levels of management and cross-functional organizations (Supply Chain, DC Operations, Manufacturing, Global Trade, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data.
- Detail‑oriented individual with a strong ability to multi‑task.
- Demonstrated ability to be effective in a dynamic and energetic matrix organization with continuously changing program constraints.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years Supply Chain, analytics, and/or Global Trade experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in ERP systems (i.e. JDE, SAP, etc.).
