Role Overview
NRM (RGM) Analyst – Net Revenue Management (NRM) organization, Haleon.
Key focus: drive net sales growth and other business performance metrics through Revenue Management insights and fact‑based recommendations to Customer Strategy, field sales and Marketing teams.
- Promotion Management – support development of promotional design guidelines, provide ROI analysis by account/brand, present findings, and collaborate with Customer Strategy and Sales leaders to adjust promotional calendars.
- Active Mix Management – monitor and evaluate product mix relative to sales and profitability, provide mix insights, and maintain the Active Mix Management Tool.
- Trade Investment Management – maintain the Customer Segmentation Tool, identify opportunities to optimize trade fund deployment, support trade funding models, and contribute to analysis and reporting of trade investment and net sales.
- NRM Capabilities Enhancement – develop US Promotional, Mix and Trade optimization tools and reporting with cross‑functional teams in the US and Global organization.
Warren, NJ – hybrid model, requiring an in‑office presence of 3 days per week.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable learning new systems and supporting technical processes.
- Experience with Net Revenue Management, Revenue Growth Management or trade investment processes.
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen), ERP systems or pricing tools.
- Experience with statistical modeling, elasticity or demand forecasting.
- Exposure to pricing, promotion or assortment analytics.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Salary range: $105,372 – $144,887 USD, plus bonus.
