Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and lifecycle of assigned product categories, translating market insights into clear product strategies that drive growth and profitability. This role owns product direction from concept through launch, ensuring products are successfully brought to market and continue to perform throughout their lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing physical products in a manufacturing environment and excels at balancing strategic thinking with hands on execution. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and Operations to align priorities, drive product development, and execute successful go to market plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned product leader who enjoys identifying market opportunities, building roadmaps, and leading cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market research and analysis to identify product gaps, trends, and growth opportunities
- Develop product strategies and business cases that balance customer needs, pricing, and manufacturability
- Own and maintain product roadmaps and priorities
- Drive cross functional collaboration to ensure successful product development and launches
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning and go to market execution
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle
- Ensure products are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, development, or marketing within a manufacturing or physical product environment required
- Proven experience leading products from concept through launch
- Strong background in market research, product prioritization, and roadmap management
- Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on product positioning and go to market strategies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on ownership and execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Operations
- Experience in cabinetry, interiors, building materials, or related industries preferred

Salary : $180,000–$220,000/year
