Head of Commercial Transformation, PMO

• Own the integrated commercial launch plan for Viaskin® Peanut across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and enabling functions
• Establish and run the commercial PMO governance model, including charters, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and escalation pathways
• Maintain the commercial launch risk register and report risk status to the CCO and Commercial Leadership Team
• Lead scenario and contingency planning for launch-critical variables
• Track launch readiness through the Launch Readiness Review cadence
• Design and lead change management for the transition to a commercial operating model
• Build organizational awareness, engagement, and readiness around the launch and transformation
• Manage the commercial strategic initiative portfolio and lead special projects
• Represent the CCO in cross-functional forums, steering committees, and leadership discussions
• Act as a thought partner and sounding board to the CCO
• Own commercial materials for Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings
• Synthesize leadership input into executive-ready presentations and enforce figure consistency and source discipline
• Anticipate Board and Executive Committee questions and pressure-test materials
• Participate in the Commercial Leadership Team and facilitate meetings, off‑sites, and quarterly business reviews
• Build relationships with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Market Access, and North American Sales leaders
• Enforce compliance with applicable laws, regulations, FDA guidelines, PhRMA Code, and company policies
• Ensure program documentation meets governance, audit, and compliance standards

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required
• MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
• At least one U.S. product launch in a hands‑on execution or PMO leadership role
• Significant experience in commercial strategy, program/project management, or management consulting
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream commercial launch or transformation programs in a matrixed organization
• Proven organizational change management experience, including communication, training, and adoption strategies
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
• Direct experience preparing materials for Board of Directors or Executive Committee audiences
• Superior judgment, discretion, and credibility with senior leadership
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and translating it into executable plans
• Management consulting background with pharmaceutical/biotech clients preferred
• Experience with first-in-class or specialty biologic product launches preferred
• Experience with pediatric, specialty, or device/combination product launches preferred
• PMP or equivalent credential preferred
• Experience building PMO or transformation functions preferred
• Familiarity with allergy, immunology, or pediatric specialty markets preferred
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, FDA guidelines, PhRMA Code, and company policies
• Completion of required training, certifications, and compliance modules

Demonstrates expertise in commercial launch planning, program management, and organizational change management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop executive-level presentations, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
