Summary:In this role, you will lead complex client programs and execute strategic workplans that deliver measurable value. You will cultivate trusted relationships with client leaders, translate advanced analytics into actionable recommendations, optimize contract performance, and lead strategic initiatives that align Vizient solutions with client priorities. You will serve as a trusted advisor, influence executive-level decision-making, and support continuous improvement across the team.
Responsibilities:- Lead execution of client workplans and manage complex programs independently.
- Cultivate strategic, trust-based relationships with client leaders by aligning Vizient solutions with priorities, driving collaboration, and influencing long-term partnership growth.
- Leverage advanced data analysis and interpretation to translate analytics into strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact.
- Employ analytical storytelling to communicate findings and insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee contract performance across multiple categories to optimize utilization and value realization.
- Lead strategic initiatives and facilitate executive-level discussions to align goals and identify new opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation across multiple functions, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Operate autonomously, mentor peers, and support standardization and continuous improvement efforts across the team.
- Apply advanced problem-solving and critical thinking to complex issues and implement innovative solutions.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively to senior executives.
- Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills with executive-level presence.
- Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members.
- Willingness to travel.
Professional - Senior Associate (P3)
Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $.
This position is also incentive eligible.
