Join a growing life sciences organization and play a key role in supporting Commercial Operations by managing contracts from initiation through execution. You'll work closely with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams to ensure contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements are processed accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Do- Manage contracts using CLM, Docu Sign & ERP systems
- Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, and execution
- Support vendor onboarding, POs, SOWs, and invoices
- Track contract status and ensure timely follow-up
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and meet business needs
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of contract administration or procurement experience
- 2+ years using CLM & ERP systems
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Purchase Orders (POs)
