Business Systems Analyst

• Experience working with AI to accelerate discovery and delivery
• Experience working in insurance industry highly preferred

This is a true Business Analyst (not technical/system analyst) — no coding or tech stack experience required

• Strong communication skills and fluent English are critical, as this person will facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and SMEs
• Experience with requirements gathering, working sessions, and translating business needs into clear outcomes
• Ability to create high-quality user stories for business features
• Ability to coordinate and support business testing efforts
• Background in insurance (preferably disability/absence or benefits) is highly preferred
• Will support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and Program Increment (PI) planning
• Role will directly support Engagement Manager as Product Owner on the My Benefits employee portal
• This role will help bridge the gap between business and technical developers and translate business requirements into user stories
