Migration Manager

Job Summary:

The Contract Migration Manager will lead the transition of MSAVerizon Carrier Services billing, invoicing, and operational workflows to the Contract framework. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing migration timelines, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

• Lead end-to-end migration of MSAVerizon carrier billing and invoicing processes to the T1776 Contract.
• Coordinate with Verizon, finance, procurement, contract management, and internal business teams.
• Analyze current workflows, identify gaps, and define future-state processes.
• Manage timelines, risks, mitigation plans, and transition communications.
• Validate invoice accuracy, rate alignment, and contractual compliance.

• 7+ years of experience with Verizon carrier services under the T1776 contract.
• Strong experience in contract migration management and telecom service ordering.
• Solid understanding of telecom billing, invoicing, and compliance processes.

• Experience with large-scale telecom billing transitions.

• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Newark, NJ.
• Interview process includes webcam and in-person interviews.
• Contract duration is 6 months with possible extension.

• Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Newark, NJ.
