Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

Location: Morris County

An established commercial general contractor is looking for a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across New Jersey. Projects include ground-up construction, fit-outs, renovations, tenant improvements, healthcare, office, retail, and other commercial developments.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
• Work closely with Superintendents, Estimators, clients, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors.
• Visit project sites as needed.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience delivering ground-up and/or interior commercial construction projects
  .
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Competitive salary of $120,000–$150,000
