As a Project Manager at Daniel Robert Remodeling, you are responsible for guiding projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough. This role is all about ownership, ensuring each project stays on schedule, on budget, and meets our standards for quality and customer experience. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for homeowners while coordinating teams, managing details, and keeping everything moving forward from start to finish.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead projects from pre-construction through final punch list and closeout
- Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs to confirm scope, details, and expectations
- Build and manage detailed project schedules to keep timelines on track
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage change orders, selections, and all project documentation
- Perform quality control checks at key stages to ensure work meets company standards
- Complete final walkthroughs and closeout packages
- Communicate proactively with homeowners, providing updates and setting expectations
- Identify potential risks or delays early and implement solutions to keep projects moving
- Ensure subcontractors meet all requirements and compliance standards before accessing jobsites
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of scheduling, coordination, and jobsite operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to anticipate challenges and manage risk proactively
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license (MVR check required)
