The NJ Division of Merola Tile employs approximately 130 people and distributes tile in the U.S. and Canada through The Home Depot, independently owned tile showrooms, and numerous e-commerce retailers under the Merola Tile, Somer Tile, and Elite Tile brand names. • Be able to take photo manipulation projects from start to finish
• Take direction on project plans/goals
• Be able to understand instructions, expectations, and purpose on the end results
• Maintain continuity of shot requirements
• Use editing platform to create photo-based content
• Submit finished product to manager for review
• Document tracking spreadsheets for project progress and cross-team notifications
• Work closely with lead on productivity requirements

• Ability to mask accurately and color correct product images and complex environments
• Photo editing and manipulation
• Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Uploading to social media platforms

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Bend, sit or stand for long periods of time.

• At least 2 years of experience in a photo editing and production role.
• Strong ability in conducting photo research for both the print and digital platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Photoshop and other photo editing tools, including organizing, color editing, retouching, and exporting files.
• Excellent judgment and an expansive understanding of mobile-first experience and design.
• Strong organizational, communication and collaborative abilities.
• A creative vision and enthusiasm to spearhead and collaborate on new ideas.
• A self-starter mindset – and can work independently as well as with a team.
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Bridge.
• Adobe Creative Cloud products is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office mainly Excel.
• Experience using 3D engines is a plus.

• Ability to stay organized and to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Good analytical skills, be able to solve problems, is self-motivated, and can work well with others.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
