** Monday-Saturday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (One weekday off)
** Position Overview*
* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer and dispatch operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Answer inbound calls from customers, drivers, and internal teams professionally and efficiently.
+ Provide updates regarding deliveries, pickups, and service inquiries.
+ Support dispatch operations and assist with route-related questions.
+ Contact customers regarding delivery updates, confirmations, and issue resolution.
+ Document customer interactions and updates within internal systems.
+ Follow up on open cases to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
+ Assist with post-route check-ins, confirming pickups and verifying completed deliveries.
+ Monitor delivery routes and process delivery changes or cancellations as needed.
+ Handle customer concerns in a professional manner and provide effective solutions.
+ Promote customer satisfaction and encourage customer feedback when appropriate.
** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, transportation, logistics, or distribution environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
+ Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

** Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
