• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Provide accurate information regarding moving schedules, services, and company procedures
• Coordinate with drivers, movers, and operations staff to address customer needs
• Enter and update customer information, orders, and service details in company systems
• Handle complaints and service issues with professionalism and effective problem-solving

Minimum requirements
