Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Educate clients on digital tools and banking solutions
- Identify customer needs through active listening and provide appropriate tools
- Greet customers and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Adapt to various tasks in a fast-moving environment
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Proficient in G‑Suite (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred)
