Airline Customer Service Supervisor
Prestigious International Airline located in Newark, NJ (EWR). Compensation: $23.25/hr plus $4.60 Health Variance.
Job Location:
Newark, New Jersey, United States.
The Airline Supervisor assists the Airline Account Manager with airline operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client/station manager to meet high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Airline Account Manager with airline operational and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with airline client/station manager to meet high quality standards.
- Handle daily operational issues such as delays and cancellations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of airport operations (arrivals, departures, ticket counter).
- Support airline reservations and ticketing functions.

- Excellent critical thinking ability and analytical skills.
- Minimum 18 months airline operational experience preferred.
- Minimum of very good rating on most recent evaluation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet extreme deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve daily problems and make quick decisions within the operation.
- Knowledge of airport operations and airline reservations.
- Flexible and promotes positive attitudes from subordinates.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel), typing, and ticketing experience.
- Occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
- At least 18 years old, high school diploma or GED.
- English proficiency; other languages may be required.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Reading and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures.
Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or GED. Minimum 18 months airline operational experience preferred.
Employment ConditionsConditions of employment will be discussed during the interview process.
Work ScheduleShift: 7:10 PM – 11:10 PM. 5 days a week; weekends and holidays required.
Travel andPhysical Requirements
Occasional lifting up to 70 lbs; regular standing and movement required.
