We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).

This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.

• When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.
• Respond on Short Notice:
  Travel to the Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) arrivals area when notified.
• Inform Passengers:
  Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how Flight Help can assist them.
• Be a Reassuring Presence:
  Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.

  No airport security clearance is required for this role).

• A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events. Work only when incidents occur and you are available.

• 50$ per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour) + 15$ per claim after the first 5;

• Additional costs such as fuel, parking fees, or public transportation tickets are fully covered.

• Opportunity for additional performance-based bonuses and long-term collaboration with increased responsibilities.

• Residence in Newark, New Jersey or the surrounding area.

• English and additional languages are a strong advantage.
