As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first face our members see, setting the tone for their entire experience. You are responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, and ensuring the studio runs efficiently. Your ability to multitask, sell memberships and retail, problem-solve, and bring positive energy will contribute to the overall success of the gym.

• Member Experience & Customer Service
  • Greet members with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Assist with check-ins and class bookings
  • Provide information on membership options, promotions, and policies
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Sales
  • Actively promote and sell memberships and class packages
  • Educate members on promotions, add-ons, and benefits to enhance their experience
• Operational Support
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Support trainers and coaches with class transitions and studio upkeep
  • Troubleshoot minor tech issues with check-in systems and class software

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-driven with the ability to upsell and close deals
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with technology and gym management software
• Passion for fitness and a team-oriented mindset
