Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

- Resolve customer issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.

- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

- Strive to exceed customer satisfaction standards by offering exceptional service.

- Follow established procedures and guidelines for call center operations.

- Monitor and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.

- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and share feedback with management. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.

- Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.

- Skilled at managing inbound and outbound calls effectively.

- Familiarity with resolving customer issues and providing solutions.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
