We are looking for an Office Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead confidently, and help scale a modern, patient‑centered practice.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support team performance, drive case acceptance, and ensure the practice runs efficiently and profitably.

The right candidate is organized, proactive, financially aware, and confident leading a team. You will work closely with ownership to implement systems, improve workflow, and elevate the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day‑to‑day front and back office operations
  • Lead, coach, and support administrative team members
  • Monitor scheduling efficiency and optimize provider production
  • Track KPIs including collections, case acceptance, AR, and re‑care
  • Oversee insurance verification, billing accuracy, and financial systems
  • Support treatment presentation and financial conversations when needed
  • Ensure a smooth, organized, and productive schedule
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and team accountability
  • Implement systems that improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of dental office management or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Dentrix (or similar practice management software)
  • Deep understanding of dental insurance, billing, and financial presentation
  • Experience tracking and improving KPIs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Comfortable driving accountability while maintaining a positive team culture
