  Experienced Dental assistant with 1+ years of practice
• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of experience in a dental setting.
• Certification:
  Must be X-Ray Certified.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Experience with Dentrix, Dexis, and chairside assisting is required.
• Education:
  
  Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Must be a cross-trained team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Expanded Functions (EFDA).
• Proficiency in Four-Handed Dentistry.
• Experience with Dentures, Crowns, Orthodontics (Invisalign), and Treatment Planning.

• Clinical Support:
  Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures; prepare and set up instruments and equipment for both dentists and hygienists.
• Imaging & Tech:
  Take high-quality dental X-rays using Dexis sensors and manage patient records within Dentrix software.

  Education:
  
  Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene strategies and specific dental procedures.
• Sterilization & Coordination:
  Manage instrument sterilization, assist with hygiene appointments, and maintain seamless clinical coordination with the rest of the team.
