This vital role involves overseeing operations, mentoring fellows and residents, and collaborating on research initiatives. Candidates must be board certified in Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, have at least five years of experience in trauma and surgical care, and be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
