• Follow a Monday‑Friday schedule (7 a.m.–3 p.m.) when not on call for predictable hours
• Take 13 weekend calls per year (in‑house)

• Competitive compensation based by rank (base salary):
  Assistant $425K;
  Associate $450K;
  Professor $475K plus about $170K in annual variable compensation
• Continued medical education stipend ($5,000/year)
• 26 vacation days and 5–8 meeting days
