We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Toms River, NJ, offering full-time or part-time roles.
- Enjoy a workflow designed to reduce burnout with no after-hours calls or hospital rounding, supported by a strong team.
- Responsibilities include managing sick and well visits, documenting in EMR, and leading office staff.
- Qualifications include MD or DO, NJ license, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, DEA/CDS, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Benefits include competitive salary ($220K-$260K), health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and visa sponsorship.
- Schedule is flexible with options to choose hours, primarily Monday to Friday with some weekends as needed.
