Multi-Media Computer Literacy Teacher for the  school year.

• Provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board-approved curriculum.
• Plan, organize, and implement an instructional program that guides students to develop proficiency and fulfill their academic potential.
• Integrate technology to develop students' media and digital literacies.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learner styles and abilities.
• Collaborate meaningfully with colleagues for the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.

• One or more appropriate NJ certification(s) required:
  Teacher of Mathematics (Middle School or K-12), Teacher of Science (Middle School or K-12), Teacher of Social Studies (Middle School or K-12), Teacher of Business, Teacher of Technology, Elementary Teacher or K-8.
• Strong computer skills/computer literacy proficiency.
• Experience with GAFE, Garage Band, iMovie preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act.
• Successful criminal history clearance.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or appropriate employment authorization.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.

10‑month contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

In accordance with the BOE/FTEA collective bargaining agreement, the salary range for this position in the 26/27 school year is Step 1 BA/BS ($68,023) – Step 18 PhD/EdD ($99,380). Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education.

Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to supporting the position, including but not limited to Google Suite, IEP software programs, and Genesis Employee Portal and Student Information System.
