Posting Summary

We are seeking part‑time instructors (Lecturer/Coadjutant) for the Fall 2026 semester to teach mathematics. The successful candidate will cover the full range of duties associated with teaching, including preparing course material; creating and posting a course syllabus; presenting material during the assigned course times; holding office hours and providing appropriate out‑of‑class time for students; responding to student e‑mails; conducting and grading assessments of students through assignments, exams, and other means in a timely manner;

and submitting final grades. Course appointments may require instruction during the day, evenings, weekends, off‑campus, online, hybrid, remotely, or any combination of these, based on the academic needs of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate mathematics courses
  • Prepare lecture and course materials
  • Develop and post course syllabi
  • Deliver instruction during scheduled class times
  • Hold office hours and respond to student inquiries
  • Assess and grade student work
  • Submit final grades in a timely manner
Qualifications

Education:

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in mathematics or a closely related field (preferred).

Experience:

Teaching mathematics or a closely related field preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
