Jersey Cares is seeking Success Coaches to mentor and guide under-resourced youth, known as Service Scholars, in Newark. These volunteers will engage in group coaching and one-on-one sessions, helping scholars develop college and career-readiness plans.
The ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a desire to support youth through mentoring. This is a volunteer role aimed at empowering young adults ages 16 to 24 in their educational and career paths.
