This role aims to transform how our distribution center associates learn by creating high-quality training content and converting existing materials into modern eLearning formats. You will be responsible for managing the full training content lifecycle for multiple operational domains.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in instructional design and a passion for creating effective learning experiences. You will leverage AI tools for efficiency and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
