• The Temporary Part-time Women’s Head Soccer Coach will report directly to the Athletic Director and will provide leadership and management to produce a quality intercollegiate team that represents a commitment to academic and athletic excellence. Perform on-field/court coaching and instruction.
• The Temporary Part-time Women’s Head Soccer Coach will remain consistent with Camden County College’s acknowledgement of the inherent value and dignity of all individuals by creating and nurturing a learning and working environment that affirms and leverages our community’s traditions, heritages, perspectives, and experiences. • Perform on-field coaching, teaching and instruction
• Recruit student-athletes
• Must comply with all NJCAA rules and regulations governing intercollegiate athletics
• Maintain team and individual statistics, report scores to necessary outlets
• Adhere to sport budget, including travel, supply and equipment lines.
• Travel with team to and from all contests.
• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes
• Fundraise monies as needed
• Supervise and evaluate assistant coach(es)
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics

• Associate’s degree with experience as a college or high school coach, with a proven ability to recruit student-athletes.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, planning, leadership skills, attention to detail, flexibility, initiative and sound judgement.
• Ability and commitment to recruit, instruct and motivate college student athletes.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population in a multicultural environment.
