What You Will Be Doing- Facilitate one‑hour interactive life‑skills and SEL sessions with K‑8 students.
- Conduct daily engagement sessions that motivate all students toward weekly application‑based objectives through age‑appropriate mechanisms.
- Develop Guides via observation, feedback, and training so they deliver sessions with equivalent energy and accuracy.
- Analyze Coachbot data and student records to identify those needing support and provide direct intervention.
- Mentor your assigned student cohort, demonstrating coaching techniques required of all Guides.
- Creating lesson plans or developing instructional content.
- Delivering traditional classroom lectures.
- Compromising standards due to pressure from parents or administration.
- Working from an office processing administrative documents.
- Delaying performance conversations for scheduled reviews.

Basic Requirements- Currently residing in, or prepared to relocate to, one of the listed locations (relocation assistance available).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline (Master’s preferred; teaching certification not required).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable field.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Proven history of managing a team of 5 or more, including recruitment and performance‑based dismissal decisions.
- Experience providing coaching, mentorship, or developmental feedback to enhance engagement and outcomes.
- Background working with children ages 5‑14 in educational or developmental contexts.
- Skilled in leveraging data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or Business.
- Experience as an athletic coach, camp director, or youth program leader where you directly inspired children to achieve quantifiable goals.
- Background coaching adults in performance‑measured positions.
- Confidence presenting before large groups of children.
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation level is $100 USD/hour ($200,000 USD/year, 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year). Payment period is weekly. Consult for more details.
