OverviewANTICIPATED OPENING Leave Replacement for Full-Time Instructional Aide for Middle School School Year. The Rumson School District is seeking a dedicated, student-centered professional to serve as a Full-Time Instructional Aide for the school year.
Responsibilities- Support students and teachers in a collaborative, high-achieving educational environment committed to fostering academic growth and student success.
- Prior experience as an Instructional Aide, Paraprofessional, or in a comparable educational support role
- Experience working with middle school students
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification preferred
- Knowledge of effective behavior management strategies and positive student support practices
- Ability to assist teachers in delivering instruction and reinforcing learning objectives
- Ability to work effectively with individual students and small groups to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and commitment to student success
- Criminal History Background Review, Pre-Employment Physical Examination, Child Protective Measures clearance and all other required employment approvals
