Exam Proctor Assistant

Overview

Rutgers Health – School of Nursing is seeking a temporary part‑time Exam Proctor Assistant to coordinate with course faculty and proctor exams on the Blackwood Campus in Blackwood, NJ. Key responsibilities include maintaining academic honesty, monitoring exams, reporting concerns, and accommodating students with testing accommodations as directed by the Rutgers Student Code of Conduct and course faculty.

• Monitors students taking exams and determines signs of academic dishonesty.
• Reports concerns or findings to course faculty promptly.
• Proctors scheduled exams throughout the academic year.
• Participates in training and preparation through Office of Disability Services (ODS) to proctor students with testing accommodations.
• Serves as exam proctor for students with ODS accommodations for testing.

Salary: $20 per hour, determined by qualifications, experience, and department/grant funds. • Minimum:
  High school diploma or equivalent, and/or up to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field; graduate student in nursing.

FLSA:
Non‑exempt. Terms of Appointment:
Temporary staff appointment – hourly.
