The Superintendent invites qualified and interested persons to apply for the position of Supervisor
- Student Life.
Qualifications and requirements include:
- An appropriate New Jersey Department of Education Standard Certificate
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in school or district-level administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
Basic functions and responsibilities include:
- Directing the planning, development, organization, management, direction, and implementation of all aspects of student service programs of the District
- Ensuring compliance with laws, codes, and regulations related to student services
- Evaluating assigned personnel
- Initiating, facilitating, and supporting liaison with community agencies and other resources to meet pupils' needs
- Meeting with parents to discuss implementation of programs and to resolve grievances
- Assisting in the preparation of reports requested by Central Office Administrators and local, state, and federal agencies
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
- Guiding staff, parents, and community in the interpretation of District programs and compliance with Federal, State, and District rules and regulations
- Participating in activities that promote professional growth for staff
- Assisting in the evaluation of instructional and non-instructional staff at the discretion of the Assistant Superintendent
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $107,500 to $143,500. Employment Period:
Twelve (12) Months Union Affiliation:
