Student Assistant
Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a Student Assistant to work in the Speech-Language Pathology Program within the Department of Rehabilitation and Movement Sciences. Under the direction of the Associate Professor, the Student Assistant assists faculty with classroom activities, records, and assignments. Additionally, the Student Assistant assists with organizing and maintaining equipment and materials and performs other related duties as assigned.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Maintains records.

Salary Details - $15.92/hour is budgeted for this position.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
- Must be a Rutgers Student. Must be enrolled in the SLP program. Must have good academic standing, without any C grades, warnings, or probation, and must demonstrate excellent professional behavior.
Physical Demands and Work Environment - PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing. No special vision requirements. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Working with multiple students in a busy environment and multi-tasking while being empathetic yet helping students to meet the standards for coursework.
