About the Role

Prep Academy Tutors is a private in‑home and online tutoring company that supports students across subjects and ages. We seek chemistry tutors who are certified teachers or in the process of becoming one.

• Empower students with academic support based on the New Jersey curriculum.
• Develop customized learning plans that help students truly understand the material, not just memorize it.
• Offer remedial and enrichment opportunities to help students who need extra support or a challenge to stretch them further.
• Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about progress, struggles, and successes.

• Current, valid registration with the New Jersey Department of Education.
• Qualified teacher in the United States or in the process of becoming one.
• Current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• Experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
• Subject‑matter expert with a Master’s or PhD.
