The Newark Board of Education is seeking a Bridge Coach to support graduating seniors in applying to and enrolling in college. This role targets a college student who is a Newark Public Schools graduate and will work under the guidance of a designated school counselor from August 2024 to August 2025, totaling about 430 hours for the year.
Work is on-site at the school about 10 hours per week from September to June, plus July‑August 2025.
