- Rutgers University–Newark, an urban public research university and anchor institution located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking two Non-Credit, Non-Teaching Coadjutants (Student Success Mentor) for the TRIOMcNair program within the Academic Foundations Center. The duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assist Students in constructing research abstracts Demonstrate test-taking skills needed for verbal examination assessments Assist students in developing competitive visitation and graduate applications Provide instruction and guidance on conducting scholarly research Instruct students on creating scholarly posters for presentations Oversee practices for oral presentations Counsel students on graduate school selection and application procedures. Report student learning outcomes, class reviews, and/or analyzing student data Participate in external conferences and visitations Attend McNair staff meetings Time Period:

Minimum Education and Experience
