Classroom Teacher Job Requirements. New Jersey Teacher Certification or Certificate of Eligibility in applicable specialization Bachelor's Degree required;
Master's Degree preferred. Experience developing and implementing lesson plans. Excellent written and verbal skills. Experience teaching within an urban environment is preferred, but not required. Demonstrated quantifiable and objective student performance gains. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, particularly with parents and community members. Self-reflective and an analytical problem solver. Openness to feedback, willingness to take personal responsibility, and a desire to learn.

Ability to exemplify, advocate and operationalize the mission, vision, and core values of the school. Ability to effectively teach within a virtual classroom setting, as needed.
