Success Academy Charter Schools seeks exceptional K-12 Teachers in NYC to deliver rigorous, joyful, college-prep instruction. You will use data-driven practices, clear objectives, and high expectations to build strong content knowledge and critical thinking. Teachers receive intensive training, frequent coaching, and actionable feedback in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will plan and refine standards-aligned lessons, manage classrooms for engagement and behavior, track and analyze assessment data, collaborate with teammates and families, and contribute to a culture of equity, urgency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned K-12 lessons that are joyful and engaging.
• Use assessment and achievement data to track progress, reteach, and differentiate instruction.
• Create and maintain a structured, high-expectation classroom with strong behavior management.
• Collaborate with teachers and leaders to refine curriculum, share best practices, and analyze data.
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress, goals, and support strategies.
• Participate in intensive training, coaching, and feedback cycles to improve instruction.
• Contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on equity, urgency, and college readiness.
• Support school-wide events, testing, and duties that advance student achievement.
