We are supporting offshore drilling campaigns in the Middle East and is seeking experienced MPD Field Specialists and RCD Operators to support ongoing Managed Pressure Drilling operations. This opportunity is ideal for personnel with strong hands-on experience operating and maintaining MPD equipment in offshore environments.

Role Purpose

The MPD Field Specialist / RCD Operator will be responsible for supporting offshore MPD operations, rigging up and rigging down equipment, performing fingerprinting and green tagging activities, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of MPD systems throughout drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support offshore Managed Pressure Drilling operations

Rig up and rig down MPD packages safely and efficiently

Perform fingerprinting and green tagging activities

Operate and maintain Rotating Control Device (RCD) systems

Support pressure management and drilling operations

Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards

Assist with equipment inspections, testing, and maintenance

Maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting

Minimum 3 years of experience as an MPD Field Specialist or RCD Operator

Proven offshore MPD operational experience

Experience performing fingerprinting and green tagging activities

Hands-on experience rigging up and rigging down MPD packages

Strong understanding of offshore drilling operations

Preferred / Advantageous Background

Previous experience with major service companies

Experience on complex offshore drilling campaigns

Strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills

Ability to mobilise immediately

Certifications (Mandatory)

Valid offshore survival certification

Valid offshore medical

Relevant MPD and offshore operational certifications
