MPD Wellsite Supervisor; MPD​/PMCD​/Drilling Operations

Overview

We are supporting a major Middle East drilling campaign delivering Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations in technically complex loss environments.

We are seeking experienced MPD Wellsite Supervisors to lead on-site operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of drilling activities in total loss and PMCD scenarios.

The MPD Wellsite Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing MPD operations at the wellsite, managing crews, and maintaining precise control of wellbore pressure in real-time drilling environments.

This role acts as the key operational leader on location, ensuring alignment between drilling teams, service crews, and client representatives.

• Supervise MPD operations at the wellsite across drilling activities
• Lead and coordinate field teams and service personnel
• Maintain real‑time control of wellbore pressure and drilling parameters
• Ensure safe execution of operations in total loss and PMCD environments
• Interface with drilling teams and client representatives on location
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, well control, and operational procedures

  Total loss zones and PMCD drilling techniques
• Objective:
  Maintain well control and enable continuous drilling in loss‑prone formations

• Mobilisation planned for June
• Rotational contract role
• Long‑term opportunities may be available
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in MPD / drilling operations
• Proven experience with total losses / PMCD drilling techniques
• Strong operational experience as an MPD Choke Operator / Field Engineer
• Ability to work effectively in high‑temperature / harsh environments

• Broader experience across drilling and well control operations
• Familiarity with industry‑standard MPD systems and equipment
