Trillium Construction is now hiring for the unique role of Data Courier in Trenton, OH!

Paying $28/hour + gas stipend!! This is a remote position, construction sites, from car and machinery.

Field-based at customer or project job sites across the assigned city, some driving may exceed 100 miles/day.

Below outlines the services required of the Data Courier to support the field operation of robotic fleet assets. This position will work on a daily to semi-daily basis, under the direction of the Operations team and may be dispatched to field sites as needed. This role requires a unique combination of computer use, written reporting, punctuality and assertive and safe driving.

• Travel to remote job sites to perform data removal on fleet assets.
• Perform cleaning of sensors and robotic equipment.
• Conduct physical and electronic inspections of robotics platforms and heavy machinery.
• Complete standardized inspection checklists with accuracy and completeness.

• Accurately document activities in company fleet systems.
• Report findings to his Manager with clear, concise, factual technical communication.

• This position must be available for long-distance day and/or night travel (100+ miles) with a personal vehicle.
• The personal vehicle must be capable of driving off-pavement and in construction zones.
• Flexibility is required to adjust to varying equipment deployment and service schedules, including early mornings or weekends when necessary.

• Data offloading daily per machine as outlined in this statement of work. This will require laptop connections, cleaning procedures, and climbing off and on the machinery as required.
• Completed inspection checklists for each asset serviced.
• Service logs and reports submitted within 12 hours of task completion.
• Performing the necessary ticketing and information upkeep in fleet management software.
• Visiting data center for data uploading.
• Weekly availability reports or check-ins as requested.
• Accurate timekeeping documentation.

• Demonstrated experience and strong interest in computers, robotics, and technology.
• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Field-capable and comfortable working in rugged, outdoor, or dirty conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to notice small discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing requirements and high ambiguity environments.
• Ability to interface with operations teams and explain findings in non-technical language as needed.
• Physically able to climb on and off equipment, lift components, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings
• Must possess transportation capable of traversing all road conditions (will require offroad driving on construction sites to access machines to perform work.)
