The ideal candidate will support engineering applications, construction SaaS platforms, and large CAD/3D model environments while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for project teams.

• Provide application support in an AEC / Construction environment
• Support and troubleshoot advanced AutoCAD and large CAD/3D model files
• Manage and support Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC); quick ramp-up required
• Provide functional and technical support for Bluebeam
• Support SaaS construction tools such as e-Builder, Trimble, Kahua, or similar platforms
• Handle large engineering files including CAD drawings and 3D models
• Work with Azure fundamentals (storage sizing, compute sizing, optimization concepts)
• Manage tickets and incidents using Service Now or similar ticketing systems
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and IT teams
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain documentation

Core Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in AEC / Construction application support

Primary Software

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD

Essential Software

• Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam

Construction Platforms

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ability to ramp up quickly

SaaS Platforms

• Experience supporting SaaS tools such as e-Builder, Trimble, Kahua, or similar construction management platforms

Cloud Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Azure fundamentals (storage concepts, compute vs storage, environment sizing basics)

Data Handling

• Experience managing large CAD files and 3D model datasets

Ticketing Tools

• Experience using Service Now or similar ITSM platforms
