Key Responsibilities Facilitate the development and implementation of sustainability objectives and improvement programs for assets Develop decarbonization strategies and integrate them into asset-level business plans and fund-level sustainability strategies Track carbon regulations and collaborate with asset management teams to identify carbon reduction opportunities
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 7+ years of experience in sustainable building design or sustainability consulting Experience working with real estate investment management firms and involvement in sustainability program implementation
Experience with GHG Protocol and emissions tracking, and ability to operationalize decarbonization strategies Familiarity with sustainability certifications and platforms, such as LEED, ENERGY STAR, and GRESB Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
