  • Plan and execute laboratory experiments and field trials independently, including pilot‑scale testing
  • Analyze experimental data and translate findings into actionable process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational protocols
  • Support product validation and performance benchmarking in real‑world environments
  • Collaborate on sensor integration, data analysis, and process monitoring systems
  • Participate in technical reviews and contribute to engineering design decisions
  • Communicate results and insights to internal teams, partners, and customers
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in process engineering, brine chemistry, and materials science
  • Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and process optimization
  • Familiarity with process simulation tools, sensor systems, or data analytics platforms is a plus
  • Experience in field work, pilot systems, or industrial environments preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus)
  • Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary teams
  • Willingness to travel to field sites (U.S. and international) as needed
