Key Responsibilities- Lead full estimating process from take-off through to final submission
- Price structural steel and bridge erection packages
- Work with leadership on bid strategy and value engineering
- Review subcontractor quotes and select suitable partners
- Support and mentor junior estimators
- Experience estimating structural steel or bridge projects
- Strong understanding of AISC standards and DOT processes
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail focused with a proactive approach
