Role Summary
The R&D Engineer supports new product development through research, documentation, drawings, and structured execution. This role focuses on turning ideas into clear, validated, and launch-ready solutions while collaborating closely with Product Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Research concepts, standards, and best practices
- Create and maintain CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Document prototypes, testing results, and decisions
- Support prototyping and validation efforts as needed
- Own R&D work streams from concept through handoff
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and timelines
- Strong documentation, drawing, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of CAD and 3D tools
- Familiarity with cabinetry or manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage multiple work streams
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
