Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer with deep expertise in chemical process design, reaction chemistry, and scale-up from lab to commercial production. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who excels in developing P&IDs, executing complex projects, and driving cross‑functional collaboration across global teams. This individual is a proactive problem‑solver who can translate technical requirements into efficient, cost‑effective, and high‑quality manufacturing processes while supporting continuous improvement and innovation.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead design and scale‑up of chemical processes across lab, pilot, and manufacturing
  • Develop P&IDs and support pilot studies, process validation, and troubleshooting
  • Optimize processes to improve yield, quality, efficiency, and cost
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to enable successful technology transfer and commercialization
  • Use modeling and data analysis tools to evaluate and enhance process performance
  • Support capital projects, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain technical documentation
  • Provide mentorship and contribute to global engineering initiatives
Who are You?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline required;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in chemical process development, scale‑up, or manufacturing; 7 years experience with a Master’s.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reaction chemistry and complex process troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with P&t and interpretation is required.
What competencies will you need?
  • Strong expertise in chemical engineering fundamentals, especially reaction chemistry and process scale‑up
  • Proficiency in P&t, process design, and process control principles
  • Advanced problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience with process modeling, simulation, and data analysis tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and drive results
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost optimization
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
  • Strong documentation, organization, and technical writing skills
