Passenger Communications Project Manager

Description- Represent Pass Comm Technology with Capital Team for all Station upgrade programs.
- Project Manage the PA Project for current and future station upgrades.
- Inventory and manage Pass Comm Capital projects portfolio.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Capital Pass Comm related projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Provide guidance to project team throughout project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirements.
- Support the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines and processes.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Proven working experience in Pass Comm Technologies at NJ TRANSIT.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Knowledge of NJ TRANSIT PA system and requirements.
- Knowledge of NJ TRANSIT Station signage equipment and systems.
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access or PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
