Harris Technologies invites qualified candidates for the position of Engineering Technician D at our Cincinnati (Batavia), Ohio site. The role supports our Fuzing & Ordnance Systems team, collaborating on the design, manufacture, and test of electronic and electro‑mechanical devices for warfighters.

Location: Cincinnati (Batavia), Ohio
Schedule: 4‑day, 10‑hour shift (4/10) – 1st Shift
Essential Functions- Set up and operate manual and automated test equipment in a production environment.
- Perform electronic troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root‑cause analysis.
- Record and maintain test data, shop routing documentation, and production/engineering data files.
- Calibrate electronic test and signal‑generating equipment to standard specifications.
- Repair or replace components to correct malfunctions.
- Assist Engineering in establishing operating standards, detailed test plans, and work instructions.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent formal training in Electronics Engineering Technology (or related discipline) with at least 6 years of relevant experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic circuits and components; or a High School Diploma with at least 8 years of similar experience.
- Proficient in electronic circuitry, schematic diagram reading, and practical test equipment operation.
- Must be eligible to qualify for and obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or higher.
- Experience with spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, and other RF test equipment.
- IPC Solder Certification.
- Prior work experience in the Defense Industry.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing.
