Are you passionate about building high-value relationships and delivering premium, personalized experiences in a fast-paced iGaming environment?

We’re seeking a VIP Manager to join our growing team in Fort Lee, NJ. This role is centered on managing and nurturing a portfolio of high-value players, executing tailored engagement strategies, and driving long-term loyalty and revenue growth. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for VIP clients, combining relationship management with data-driven decision‑making to elevate the player experience.

As a VIP Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class, “white‑glove” experience to our most valuable players. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with CRM, Marketing, and Payments teams to ensure seamless service, while leveraging player insights to maximize engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).

    VIP concerns,applyingstrongde‑escalationandproblem‑solving skills.
  • Stayinformedoncompetitor

    VIPprogramsandindustrytrendstocontinuouslyenhanceofferings.
  • 2+yearsofexperiencein

    VIPManagementor Senior Account Managementwithini Gamingorsportsbetting .
  • Strongunderstandingofthe New Jerseii Gamingmarketandregulatorylandscape (NJDGE).
  • Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills,withexperiencemanaginghigh-profile clients.
  • Experience with

    CRMplatforms(e.g.,Salesforce,Optimove) andstrong

    Excel proficiency.
  • Abilitytoworkonsitein Fort Lee ,NJ,withflexibilityforevenings,weekends,andpeaksportingevents.
  • Backgroundinluxuryhospitality,customerrelationshipmanagement,orsimilarclient-facingrolesisaplus.
